Tech Nexus Map
From observed innovation to system implementation · upstream → downstream
Select a pathway node to inspect the innovations currently mapped to that stage. Empty nodes stay visible so gaps in the present radar dataset remain explicit.

Global Innovation Intelligence Radar is an autonomous OSINT scanning and evidence-synthesis platform. It uses scheduled web discovery, Google Search Grounding and Gemini-based analysis to identify, structure and interpret innovation signals—from grassroots practices to institutional and pilot solutions.
Important: the radar is an evidence discovery and synthesis tool. It is not a registry, certification system, or substitute for primary verification.
Start in Directory View.
Filter by country, category, innovation level and risk.
Use Global Map & Analytics.
See geographic concentration, patterns and distribution.
Explore Innovation Nexus.
Inspect thematic relationships between innovation records.
Open Implementation Pathway.
Move from an isolated innovation to its position in a larger system.
Read the Intelligence Resume.
Review patterns, risks, policy relevance and implementation intelligence.
This view separates the system structure from the evidence layer. The pathway is predefined in pathways.json; observed innovations are then mapped onto it.
Row 1 · System Flow
Choose one of the 20 thematic systems, then follow the upstream → downstream pathway. The SVG can be dragged to inspect the complete flow.
Row 2 · Evidence
Click a node to see its mapped innovations, evidence basis, upstream/downstream position and implementation context.
Interpretation rule: “No observation” means no sufficient evidence is currently mapped in the radar dataset. It does not mean that the practice or innovation is absent in the real world.
This sequence is an analytical workflow—not an automated policy decision. Policy options and implementation steps require contextual validation, stakeholder judgement and, where relevant, primary evidence.
Filters raw web search results. The AI strictly determines if the content represents a real-world, tangible innovation that solves a clear problem (requires >60% confidence).
Extracts structural parameters: step-by-step processes, material lists, geographical impact targets, replicability scale, and secures original, direct source URLs.
Evaluates potential hazards including fire, toxic exposure, environmental leaching, and structural failure. Automatically flags initiatives needing safety intervention.
Determines the origin of the foundational knowledge: Is it Traditional Knowledge, Self-Taught ingenuity, Adapted from existing norms, or derived from Formal Education?
Calculates the composite Priority Score, assigns Critical Safety Flags, tags Hidden Gems, and normalizes geospatial coordinates (lat/lon) via Nominatim API.
A composite strategic index calculated from:
Impact Scale (40%) + Risk Penalty (40%) + Ease of Replicability (20%). It is a triage metric within the radar, not a measure of overall policy value.
Automatically awarded to innovations that are exclusively Grassroots, possess a Low Cost Level, and score a minimum of 6/10 on the Impact scale.
Triggered if an innovation scores ≥ 8 on the Risk scale AND involves hazardous keywords (fire, chemical, explosion, toxic).
An AI Analyst reads the accumulated database periodically (default: 90 days) to synthesize patterns, highlight emerging risks, and generate an evidence-informed Policy / Action → Implementation layer.
The radar's discovery keywords and its implementation taxonomy serve different purposes. Search keywords drive scanning; 20 thematic pathway domains organize the evidence for system-level interpretation.
• Observed means a record has an explicit mapping signal; Inferred means the mapping is heuristic and should be reviewed.
• No observation is an evidence gap in the current dataset, not proof of absence.
• Search-grounded sources vary in authority, completeness and persistence. Use source links and primary documentation for consequential decisions.
• Risk flags are intentionally conservative and are designed for triage and attention—not formal safety certification.
• Policy relevance, policy options and implementation pathways are analytical scaffolds. They do not constitute policy decisions, endorsements or implementation approval.
