How data is collected, synthesized, and cited.
1. The OSINT Radar Engine
The data you see on this dashboard is collected autonomously by a Python-based Global Intelligence Engine. It constantly scours the web for unrecorded grassroots pedagogy, offline EdTech, and local innovations. Raw text is parsed by Google Gemini AI, verified for educational relevance, mapped for threats/impacts, and ultimately compiled into a structured JSON corpus displayed here.
2. Edu-Scite: Smart Citation Assistant
We integrated a companion tool called Edu-Scite. It is a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant that answers your specific research questions by synthesizing data from three distinct sources, guaranteeing academic-grade validation through smart citations:
Local OSINT Database: Retrieves the innovations curated on this dashboard (Generating Supporting or Mentioning badges).
UNESDOC API: The AI dynamically routes global/policy questions to UNESCO's library and extracts official documents (Generating UNESDOC badges).
Google Search Grounding: Validates claims via live internet/Google Scholar (Generating External badges).
Experience Edu-Scite
Ask a research question and watch the AI synthesize citations from all three databases in real-time.
